Due to this process, rush production and priority express shipping are not available for the RGBFlow color option.

Refund & Cancellation
Order Cancellations:
Since we sell made-to-order products, we cannot modify the design or cancel orders once the production process is initiated (This includes the pre-designed Products in the Website shop section).
However, a customer can cancel or modify the design of the product/sign purchased within 4 Hours only from the time of purchase.
(Please Note: If a customer opt to use the Rush order service but later decides to cancel their order/request changes, they must do so within one Hour of making the purchase).
Beyond the time-frame mentioned above, the order and design is deemed to be final and cannot be canceled.
You will be required to send an email with the subject line "Cancel Order " to service@uponray.com within 4 Hours of ordering in order to be eligible for cancellation and refund.
Kindly note
We do not cancel custom orders with pre-approved designs, you can modify the design as per your requirements as many times as you wish before the initiation of the production process.
After the refund is processed it may take up to 8 - 10 business days to reflect in your account.
At UPONRAY®, we strive to deliver high-quality products free from manufacturing defects. In the rare event that you receive a faulty product, we are committed to providing hassle-free assistance. Please note the following:
Returns:
We offer a 30-day return window for ready-made products if they are found to have faults or defects upon receipt. Please ensure the faulty product is returned in its original condition with all original packaging.
Custom or made-to-order products, tailored specifically to your requirements, are not eligible for returns. However, if such a product has a manufacturing defect, we will work with you to fix or replace it after careful inspection.
Replacements/Refunds:
While we assure the quality of our products, if a manufacturing defect does occur, we offer replacements and will endeavor to resolve the issue promptly.
The resolution, including refunds for the product cost and/or shipping, is determined by warranty guidelines and is at the discretion of UPONRAY®.

Missing or Damaged Items Complaints
To ensure a smoother and faster resolution of any missing or damaged item complaints, we require an unboxing video and pictures of the package received.
These videos and pictures should clearly show the condition of the package as it is being opened, as well as a detailed view of the items received. If the package received is damaged, punctured, or bent from any side or corner it is advisable to take clear pictures/videos before opening the box.
This step is crucial to protect both your interests as well as ours. It also helps us address these concerns with our shipping and insurance partners.
In case of missing items, damaged products, or any discrepancies with your order, these photos and videos will serve as essential proof for any claims.
We only provide replacements if the provided proofs are validated by our team. Please note, we do not offer any refund in case of manufacturing defects or damaged or lost products.
We assure unbiased assistance and customer support and may offer a brand-new replacement for absolute customer satisfaction. Kindly refer to the ‘Warranty Section’ and ‘Shipping Policy’ for more details.

Warranty
Indoor signs come with a warranty of 24 Months.
Outdoor signs come with a warranty of 12 Months.
Electrical components (Power supply/Adapter and Dimmer) come with a warranty of 12 Months when used appropriately.
UPONRAY® does not provide any warranty on the products (Power Adapter/Dimmer) ordered via amazon or any other website, nor for an unsuccessful installation of the neon sign.
We take no responsibility for the signs, in case the segments are assembled in an unsound and flawed manner.
Warranty coverage for Hard Wired & Installed Signs
UPONRAY® bears no responsibility for any costs incurred for installing and/or uninstalling your sign.
If you have installed and/or hard-wired your product/sign, We (UPONRAY®) take no responsibility for any costs incurred due to uninstalling and/or re-installing your sign or product.
If your sign has been wired and/or modified by an electrician we reserve the right at our sole discretion to decide if the fault is covered under our warranty period or not.
Replacement
UPONRAY® assures its customers, the products we offer are free from any manufacturing defect. Unfortunately, in the emergence of such a case, we provide hassle-free assistance to all the customers.
Kindly note, We offer Returns or Replacements for faulty products only and will make every effort to resolve the issue and may fix, or replace the faulty product after careful inspection of the delivered products.
The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of the product and/or shipping, is decided on a case-by-case basis depending on the source of the fault and is at the sole discretion of UPONRAY®.

Faulty Products
Please attach a short video of your sign as well as photos. Please note that we may require both a video and photo(s) for quality and precise analysis.
If you are not able to provide both a video and photo(s) of the complication then our ability to retrieve your issue will be bounded. Once we have received all of the required information we will be in touch to try to resolve the issue.
We may provide you with a set of instructions to follow and try to remotely fix the issue based on the given case. If we fail to come to the right conclusion, we’ll issue a replacement at no cost.
In any exceptional case, where any resolution proves to be ineffectual or we are unable to process a replacement, we’ll issue a refund which is at the sole discretion of UPONRAY®.
The refund value will always be less than or equal to the sold price of the product excluding shipping charges.
Note:
Please do not dispose of or throw away any items you're writing about, we may schedule to collect the product for a better and more in-depth understanding of the issue.
Please note: Kindly do not throw away the working components in case of a faulty product, we will only provide a replacement for the faulty part.
About Neon signs:
Due to the custom-made nature of the products, they can be subject to slight variations in shape, color, font, or size. Please note, the size may vary by 1- 3 Inches for orders via the design tool.
The exact design/Font may or may not be replicated since the mockup shown is a computer-generated image whereas the sign is hand-crafted. Hard glue is used for fixing LEDs, thus some glue marks are normal.
Marginal discolorations: Some differences in color might occur as a result of the computer screen or printer calibration, and/or direct exposure to sunlight/UV Rays for a longer duration of time.
Please note that the operation of the signs is not completely silent. There might be some noise or sound emitting from LED, Dimmer circuits, Adapters, or power supply as they operate at certain frequencies and may have an additional ventilation fan for safety.
The Buyer acknowledges that these variations and discolorations are not a fault of the Products and accepts the potential of such occurrence.
You agree that the determination of whether a product's failure or breakage is due to a manufacturing defect is within the sole discretion of UPONRAY® (Webcom ventures LLC).
You further agree to provide full and complete information regarding the circumstances of the failure or breakage, including but not limited to the use of the product, the conditions the product was in, and any other information useful to an informed determination by UPONRAY® as to the cause of the failure or breakage.
Damaged during Transit
We recommend opening your parcel upon delivery and request you take an unboxing video for future claims. In the improbable event that your sign has been damaged in transit, we will ensure that a resolution is provided.
If the package received is damaged, punctured, or bent from any side or corner it is advisable to take clear pictures before opening the box.
Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery* of your Neon sign to be eligible for a replacement. Damage or faults reported after this time period will follow our general returns and refunds policy.
*Note: The delivery date is the courier delivery date which can be found by following the prompts in your tracking email.
If you believe your item has been damaged in transit and you are within the 7-day claim period please send an email to service@uponray.com with all of the following:
A clear photo of the damage to the sign,
An unboxing video
Clear photos of the box & any damage to the outer box (From multiple directions including all the sides), and a clear photo of the shipping label on the box.
Failure to comply with this request and timeframe will void the Seller's obligations.
In case the sign is declared to be faulty, lost, or damaged during shipping, UPONRAY® offers replacement at absolutely no cost. Any requests for a modified design or a change in the shipping address may incur extra charges based on the requirements of the customer.
Production & Delivery
At UPONRAY®, we ship our products to customers located in the United States and Canada. More than 98% of our orders are delivered within 12-16 days from the date of order.
Delivery Timeline:
Express Shipping - The product will be delivered within 12-16 business days from the date of the order. Orders are manufactured and dispatched within 1-3 business days for priority orders and 3-6 business days for standard orders, with a subsequent transit duration of approximately 12-16 business days (Based on the size of your sign).
Once you have reached the custom design tool, you will be able to indicate your preferences by selecting from the available options, and the applicable charges will be calculated accordingly.
Please Note: We may charge additional shipping fee below a certain order value or in case of any unique requirement.
Delayed Delivery Clause:
It is important to note, Once the shipment process is initiated and the package is picked up as per the given time limit, any subsequent delay within the process of shipping is beyond our control. In the occurrence of any such event, we can not adhere to the given timeline, but a Customer support expert will be appointed to provide thorough and undivided assistance for the same.
In the scenario wherein our company fulfills its commitment to manufacture and dispatch the product within the prescribed time frame, but delivery takes place after the selected time frame due to unforeseen reasons, our liability is restricted to the refund of shipping charges exclusively.
Exceptions:
If the size of the product is more than 45 inches then there could be some increase in transit time by the shipping company.

Due to this process, rush production and priority express shipping are not available for the RGBFlow color option and Outdoor Waterproof option.
There might be a slight delay during the holiday season, or any contingent event or unforeseen climatic disruptions, Transit time increases by the shipping company.
If your order is misplaced or lost or stolen, kindly do not depend on the above-stated timeline as further time is required, to trace, locate and deliver the sign at the desired location.
Can I modify the shipping address after the order is placed?
Until the LED neon signs are shipped, you can request a change in the shipping address. Hence, it is advisable to check and closely examine the details of your order before requesting any alteration, this may cause complications in the quick and safe delivery of the product. In addition, depending on the new shipping address, you may also incur extra shipping fees.
Once the shipping label is generated and your order has been picked up, our accountability to modify any such information will be restricted. If a customer deliberately requests a change (a delayed date for delivery or a change in a given location) after the shipment of the product, UPONRAY® bears no responsibility for any consequences that may occur.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I wall mount my neon light?
Neon signs are placed on the wall with drilling holes and are fixed using spacers (Screws). Whereas A Wall hanging neon sign comes with a pre-assembled hanging chain used to place the product at the desired location, the length of the chain depends on the size ordered. Follow a few simple steps as given below:
Step 1
Place your sign flat up against the desired space/ Wall. To determine the screw hole locations, mark the position of pre-drilled holes with the help of a marker or pencil. Once done, Put aside your neon sign (with the LED facing downward) on a safe cover to avoid any damage.
Step 2
Now that you are done marking the holes, Use a drill with a ¼” (6mm) drill bit to make the pilot holes accurately on the marked points. For maximum security, you can also use the drywall anchors and tap them into the wall using a hammer.
Step 3 Unscrew the spacers/standoffs and place them against the pilot holes. Install the barrel on the wall with combination screws through the barrel into the drywall anchors. Step 4 Now Align your sign and thread the studs to the barrels (place the smaller affixing screws through the hollow access by the edges of the sign and secure them across the hollow entry base (Barrel) to the wall). Step 5 Once your sign is placed and fixed securely on the surface, Connect your sign to the adapter/power supply and then into the wall plug-in. If you have opted for the Dimmer option, A connector must be provided to you for the same, link it with the sign and the power supply, secure the connections and your brand-new neon sign is all set to work!
What if I want a sign that I can't create using your custom tool?

What are the backboard options?
The acrylic backing, in this case, is contoured and shaped around the letter of the ordered custom LED sign.
2. Cut to Letter:
The neon backboard style is somewhat similar to the former one but more precise and closely cut. The spaces between the letter are sharply hollowed out for a honed and clean appearance.
3. Full acrylic Backboard:
The rectangular or complete acrylic backing is always a sturdy and clean choice. This backboard type renders stability to your neon sign and is preferential with the block letters or with free-standing signs.
